Meeps

Former crawler turned street artist in Alpert who drew the flaming cat-human skull emblem now tattooed across the army.

Story so far

Meeps is mentioned by Griffin as the artist behind the tattoo design he and Morales got on their necks: a large flaming skull that is some kind of human/cat hybrid, straight off a 1980s skateboard deck. Griffin explains it signifies all of them coming together, and that Meeps, after getting out of the dungeon, has been surviving as a street artist in Alpert.

The emblem has spread fast — Griffin says half the former crawlers are getting ink of their own unit emblems, and artwork, tattoos, and signs popped up everywhere within hours of the army being organized. Princess Donut is unimpressed, telling Griffin she wouldn't care if it had been drawn by Blake Lively herself.
