Bautista's Stuffed Animal Guidebook

Bautista's prize from the legendary box he received for the Celestial Orgy of Chaos! achievement. The device tells him what each stuffed animal does before he uses it — he either looks it up in a complicated codex or simply scans the plush's label, and an info box pops up with the information.
This is a significant capability given how dangerous unidentified plushies have proven. Bautista has promised to let Carl borrow it so Carl can finally scan the Kimaris Figure in his inventory, but the two have been too busy to arrange it.
