Story so far
When Princess Donut realized Pied Piper meant Carl could now play his bagpipes and proposed starting a band for Louis's Second Wedding, Carl said the bagpipes were in his probably-never-going-to-need-this-stuff folder and that's where they were staying. Donut asked whether that was where he kept the bucket of glitter, the Bea Arthur condom, and the sushi-making kit. Carl confirmed: amongst other things, yes.
