Story so far
The Brig is a small, newly-built complex tucked just around the bend from the The Nest tower, sitting at the base of Li Na's Clock Tower and just outside the smoking remains of Temple Dagda — the stench of burnt stew still hangs over the area days after a Dagda Cleric boiled himself alive inside.
Carl, Li Jun, and Zhang detour there in the dark an hour before the plan begins. Zhang reports that nobody has tried to escape: the building is well built to prevent it, and by the time prisoners are inside they are all pretty resigned to their fate. It was filled with off-world mercenaries the team couldn't trust, but only one prisoner remains — the one Carl specifically asked to be left alone. He takes a deep breath and steps inside.
