Privacy Bubble

Story so far

Baroness Victory and Drick conduct their live progress updates from inside a privacy bubble at the base of The Nest; those outside can see them talking into the open air but hear nothing. Louis waits awkwardly outside for his turn, then exits frazzled, and Carl and Katia are summoned in next, at which point Kevin materializes in a floating window before them.

The bubble blocks passage as well as sound: Rend and Mongo press their faces against it like it's a shield, Mongo apparently shrieking in outrage at being excluded, and later Samantha, Jamal, and Bigs gather at its edge too. From within, Carl watches the tower's completion and the resulting cheering in total silence.
