Story so far
Rishi explains the mercenary calculus behind the naga's participation in the Faction Wars: Princess Vinata's father insisted she compete because 'we needed the tourist money. We needed to keep the shipyards staffed and running.'
The campaign's purpose was to fund and sustain the Naga Shipyards — the same shipyards whose contracts the naga secretly intended to renege on so they could steal a fleet and flee the galaxy. When that intention leaked just before the meeting of the warlords, it caused immediate chaos in the naga home system.
