Jessica replaced the real Sick-Ass Worgo in Justice Light's tunnel crew after the slug went down a new tunnel and returned minutes later subtly wrong. She was among the hardest-working sappers on the squad, using her mouth to set the manual tripwires on the eastern approach, and she counted six of Justice's eight hidden traps at a glance. When Justice called her out, she admitted she was under orders to kill him if he figured it out, then transformed instead — dropping the slug shape for a large blank humanoid body and swapping only the head, a trick only the oldest and most powerful changelings can manage.
She served as Juice Box's mouthpiece, wearing her leader's human face while relaying chat messages. But when Justice described the Ice Elves he was ordered to slaughter, Jessica broke frame on her own: she shifted into an ice elf and spoke in her own voice, revealing that Juice Box does not have them in her library but she does, having lived among them many lifetimes ago. She confirmed them as gentle, simple creatures — a small, unprompted kindness in the middle of an interrogation.
