location
Sixth Floor
6th Floor
An earlier floor whose displaced population moved up to the ninth and now transfers on to the twelfth.
Story so far
When Carl worked out who would ride Zerzura down, the list included all the Changelings, the thousands of NPCs who lived in Larracos, and the Semeru Dwarves.
It also explicitly included anyone else who had moved to the ninth floor from the sixth — the refugees of an earlier displacement would move to Ascendency along with everyone else.
Role
The origin floor of a refugee population that has now been moved twice.
Relationships
Larracos — Sheltered people who came up from the sixth floor.
Zerzura — Moves those refugees onward to the twelfth floor.
