This kilt dropped from Princess Donut's Legendary Quest Box for the Hell Comes to Crawler Town quest, sharing the box with the ominous spellbook You're Not Done Yet. It is unenchanted and sized for a cat, in green and black tartan.
Carl admitted he still didn't understand the purpose of the kilt, and Donut, whose fashion standards are exacting, scoffed at it outright. It represents the second time the system has handed her one of these garments without explanation.
