Ordered to recall her dog, Lucia Mar shouts "Gus, come" and Carl notes her voice is surprisingly amplified — a skill, not an item.
The same effect carries Princess Donut's furious shouts of "Mongo! No, Mongo get back here this instant!" down from the top of The Nest to the street below, letting her be heard over the god fight even while she is trapped in a single room.
