The Sub-Pantheon Purge

The God Killings · Sub-Pantheon Killings

Someone on the twelfth floor is systematically killing off every god in Khepri and Nekhebit's sub-pantheon.

Story so far

Khepri's original description gave Carl a big hint about something currently going down on The Twelfth Floor: Khepri and Nekhebit, the god driven by Odette, belong to the same sub-pantheon, and someone is going through and killing off all the gods in that group.

Carl reasons that this is why the permanent mark for death Khepri laid on him probably won't last long. He figures the killer is either Odette for some reason he can't identify, or possibly Huanxin Jinx, but he admits he doesn't know enough to form a proper guess.

Role

Ongoing off-screen slaughter of a sub-pantheon that may resolve Carl's death mark for him.

Relationships

Khepri — Member of the targeted sub-pantheon.

Nekhebit — Fellow member of the same sub-pantheon.

Odette — Carl's leading suspect.

Huanxin Jinx — Carl's alternate suspect.
