The galactic internet
The viewers' network where thousands of known dungeon exploits are discussed but never patched.
Story so far
The Build Trench Exploit is not a secret. According to Tipid, it was pointed out years and years ago and never fixed — just one of thousands of possible exploits that the viewers like to talk about on the galactic internet.
The detail reframes Carl's cleverness: he is not inventing anything, he is cashing in a piece of common fan knowledge that no Faction Wars army bothered with because the scrolls were too expensive. Somewhere out there, an audience watching this battle already knows exactly what he is about to do.
Role
The audience-side knowledge network where the trench exploit had circulated for years.
