Celestial Attendant
The second of Katia's three boon options, which would have made her a servant of the goddess.
Story so far
Of the three choices floating in Katia's vision, the second would allow her to become a Celestial Attendant. The first would have made her constitution extremely powerful; the third was to be made pregnant.
Eileithyia later alluded to the attendant path when she asked whether Katia was certain of her preference, warning her that this is a hard, cruel world for a woman with the gift and beginning to suggest that she come and assist her instead. Katia declined, explaining she needed the ineligibility that pregnancy brings so she could reach the children she sensed above.
