Story so far
Under Orders appears above Lucia Mar's head the instant the Hell-Kissed Potion of Conscription takes hold. It prevents her from activating any spell or Hotlist Triggers that would harm Carl, and forces her to cancel Rubber and drop her entire stack of protection spells on command. When she is ordered to tell the truth about the children inside her, she must answer honestly — which is how Diah is confirmed.
The tag is not exclusive to Carl's side: Yarilo also carries Under Orders under the direct control of Li Na, who is having him fight for the The War Mages team. The status is why a conscript can still hate their warlord and curse them freely while being physically unable to strike.
