Orchid Eileithyia's Grace

The Orchid · Orchid of Eileithyia's Grace

Divine orchid that knocks its eater unconscious for an hour and summons a goddess to claim them.

Story so far

The orchid has been sitting in Katia's inventory as the centerpiece of The Plan, but it takes exactly sixty minutes to work — and when Emberus gives the floor sixty-six minutes, Carl forces her to eat it on the spot, before she can empty her inventory or retrieve gear from her safe room.

The moment she swallows it she is rendered unconscious for the full hour, health dropped to one percent, with Waiting for the Goddess displayed above her head. The system confirms the orchid has been consumed and the goddess summoned. Huanxin Jinx is due to arrive two minutes before Emberus melts the world, and Imani warns the ceremony itself will take another ten minutes on top of the coma.

Appearance

A single divine orchid, small enough to swallow, kept in inventory until the moment of use.
