The prize attached to the Sushi Smoothie achievement, granted when Carl obliterates the dead Concierge Shark with Daughter's Kiss and fills a Larracos alley with red mist.
It is the crawl's usual joke-gift logic - a themed consumable-crafting item awarded for an act of gross violence against a fish - and joins the growing pile of odd equipment Carl accumulates and occasionally finds a use for. Nothing about its stats or contents is given.
