Justice Light's Paper Art

the folded pieces of paper · the nonsensical art pieces

Folded paper constructions Justice Light sews together to calm himself, which snap into a spiral pattern.

Story so far

Justice Light stands in the corner of The Guildhall with a folded piece of red paper in one talon, jabbing a needle through it and sewing it to an orange piece, a dozen more folded shapes scattered on the floor around him. Tipid tells Carl the eagle makes the nonsensical art pieces as a way to calm himself, and Carl marvels that he manages it all while remaining upright. When Justice Light dismisses the risk from the Gondii worms, he pulls a thread with his talon and every scattered piece draws together into a strange, spiral-like pattern—punctuating his line, "I have contingencies heaped upon contingencies."

Appearance

Dozens of folded red and orange paper shapes, needle-sewn together with thread, capable of being drawn into a deliberate spiral.

Self-soothing craft that doubles as an unsettling demonstration of the trapper's hidden designs.
