Speedster

speed skill

Carl's speed skill, used to circle up the Nest's blood-soaked stairwell as fast as he can.

Story so far

With the Nest Tower falling apart around him, Carl rushed upward through a curving stairwell soaked in blood and stinking of lightning strikes, using his speed skill to circle up as quickly as he could, his feet echoing. He knew, rationally, that he was wasting time — the fight was below, not up — but he had an overwhelming urge to get to Donut. They had been separated for far too long, and if this was where it was going to end, he couldn't bear the thought of not having her with him.

Role

Carl's movement skill, spent here on getting to Donut rather than on the fight.
