Rev-up Magic Hair Restoration Tonic

Rev Up hair tonic · hair tonic

Multi-recipe hair regrowth kit that lengthens hair in proportion to how long it stays on the skin.

Story so far

Katia used the Rev Up tonic on Carl to undo the burns that cost him his hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. The kit ships with multiple trays and brushes and detailed instructions, because there are a dozen types of hair each requiring a different mix — the eyelash recipe is nearly identical to the pubic hair recipe, demanding care. The eyebrow and eyelash applications went perfectly, though Donut noted the new eyelashes were longer than before and made Carl look slightly more feminine.

The scalp mix bubbles visibly and sprouts hair on anything it touches, including the rock surface of the saferoom table. Because total hair length scales with contact time, it can only sit on the head for about five seconds — which is why Splash Zone was recruited to blast it off. When his spell was blocked as an offensive cast in the saferoom, Carl had to run to the shower, and emerged with waist-length wavy hair that regrows instantly when cut. Mordecai confirmed the effect takes roughly two weeks to wear off.
