The border where Carl's army pretends to mass, faking a push into former-Operatic territory.
Story so far
As part of The Plan, Carl's forces are making it look as though they are massing on the northern border to push into former-Operatic territory. It is theater: the real movement is the team infiltrating Naga Territory while Carl and Princess Donut hold The Sultana's attention at The Warlord Council.
The feint has to be convincing enough to survive scrutiny for as long as the meeting lasts, which is why Carl's assignment is simply to keep the council talking.
