The Formal Complaint
Prepotente's absurd demand that Milk fetch the club's manager so he can complain about his mother's ban.
Story so far
Fresh from having Bianca melt several Mantaur Guards and nearly incinerate Milk in her own guild, Prepotente addresses her as "You. Guildmaster," and demands she bring him the manager of this establishment immediately so he can lodge a formal complaint. The grievance is the revocation of his mother Miriam's access to Club Vanquisher over her Vampire race.
Milk answers by asking him to stow his pet before it burns the place down and warning that they have only a short time before the Ogre Guards arrive — the beginning of the exchange that ends with her offering Milk's Map.
Role
The comically misdirected demand that opens Prepotente's negotiation with Milk.
