Agony Mirrors

Story so far

During the planetwide evacuation announcement that followed Scolopendra stirring, the system revealed that the sixteenth floor, supposedly entitled "Agony Mirrors," is actually a giant, empty room with a single mirror in it — a non-magical mirror plucked from an abandoned Motel 6 location in Boise, Idaho.

Because the sixteenth floor sits outside Scolopendra's layers, it was named as the one place safe from the impending attacks, and any guests of the Scolopendra Club wishing to evacuate were told to proceed there. The catch is the route: the seventeenth floor, The Backstage Death Maze, stands between them and it.

Appearance

A single enormous empty room containing exactly one ordinary motel mirror, and nothing else.

Role

The only refuge from Scolopendra's waking, and a joke at the expense of everyone who feared its name.
