A level-125 Ogre Basilica Cleric Guard whose Untouchable status Carl strips with a Black Nimbus potion.
Brother Widespread Tempest is a level 125 Ogre Basilica Cleric Guard who rounds the corner in the Club Vanquisher guild corridor flanked by two Mantaur Guards, yellow light glowing in his hands, and tells Carl "You die now." Examine reveals he worships Taranis and carries Untouchable status, the rare protection that forbids gods from attacking him and lets the Basilica Guards briefly bar a deity from crossing a threshold.
Carl throws a Potion of Inflict Black Nimbus that splatters across his chest just as the Alarm Trap Balls start blasting Megadeth. The white flames in his hand whiff out, a crackling black halo forms around his head, the "Un" fades from his Untouchable status, and a crowd of marked-for-death symbols from gods begins circling above him. Carl cannot hear, but the "Oh, fuck" forming on the ogre's lips is unmistakable — and Brother Widespread Tempest turns and runs, three berserking mantaurs chasing after him.
A massive eight-foot ogre with golden skin in flowing robes, holding a white ball of flame in each glowing hand.
The Basilica Guard cleric who blocks Carl's escape route and becomes the first casualty of Operation Head Banger.
