The elite outfit or world Epitome Tagg comes from, named as shorthand for money and privilege.
The Dream is named only as a provenance: "Epitome Tagg from the Dream", listed by Quasar alongside the orc Prince Stalwart and the banker Operatic as examples of the ninth floor's rich.
Quasar does not explain what the Dream is, because among his audience it needs no explaining — it is the sort of place whose name alone accounts for a person's wealth and expectations. What matters to his recap is that the wealth no longer buys survival: after the vote at the end of the eighth floor, everyone on that list "can really die now".
Never depicted; a name that functions in conversation the way a famous address does.
The privileged milieu that produced Epitome Tagg, invoked as part of the roster of newly mortal rich on the ninth floor.
