An older doctor who says he comes from level ten, Dr. Sneed works from the shift office on level sixty-eight. After Donald's awakening, he warned him about dizziness and asked him to report trembling. Sneed performed the procedure that woke Anna Thurman and adjusted Victor's pod after the funeral ceremony.
Sneed explained that Victor had screened administrative personnel for psychotropic medication use. After learning of Donald's medication history, he suggested that similar histories could account for other silos' apparent immunities and proposed a new formulation with Erskine. They are now working on that formulation for the reset. Sneed is scheduled to meet Donald and Anna the day after they clear the war room. When Donald is brought back and his suit is removed, Sneed immediately injects him.
Sneed is an older, heavyset man with bushy eyebrows and sparse hair.
