Deck Construction Rules

Active Deck Rules · T'Ghee Deck Building

A valid active deck requires exactly six totem members and may contain unlimited support cards, though excessive support risks drawing no summonable monster in the opening hand.

Story so far

Every squad must place six active totems in its deck before ordinary deployment becomes available. Six cards total are enough only when all six are totems.

Utility, mystic, snare, and special cards have no stated deck-size limit. Because the first four cards are random, loading too many support cards can create a hand with no totem, leaving the squad leader exposed without summoned protection.

Cascadia encourages squads to improve their decks during the thirteen days before phase two. Murdering another squad allows the victors to claim all of its cards.

Appearance

Six monster slots forming the foundation of a deck beneath an expanding stack of optional support cards.

Role

The rules force every squad to balance guaranteed monster access against a broad toolkit of modifiers and spells.
