Story so far
Carl first sees the motorcycle in the fourth-floor prize carousel, where its distinctive large dent causes a private emotional reaction. He does not explain the memory to Donut.
The same vehicle appears outside the final key trailer on the Iowa summit. Donut remembers both the dent and Carl's reaction and infers that the dungeon has reconstructed his father.
The clue makes Donut want to avoid the encounter or fight alone, but Carl accepts the recognition and chooses to continue.
