Stop Quan Plan

Carl coordinates Imani and Tserendolgor's keyless squad to delay the infected Quan at Cuba's two exits.

Story so far

After random teleportation, Carl warns both exit zones that Quan holds the Royal Court and Quiteria keys. Imani remains at Sister Ines's church, while Tserendolgor reveals that her previously unidentified squad waits at El Capitolio Nacional.

Both groups agree to prepare. Carl warns that Quan is highly skilled but already infected with Super Spreader; leaking slugs will fight for him while progressively damaging and distracting him.

Carl says he can get all three groups down only if Quan is stopped. He then turns nearby duendes into part of an unspecified emergency card plan.

Appearance

A Cuban map with Quan between two exits, defenders at each door, and a worsening slug trail behind him.

Role

The plan makes every remaining friendly keyless squad part of a coordinated pursuit instead of isolated victims.
