Story so far

Carl's destruction of the Desperado Club forces everyone still inside to exit or be teleported to its entrance. The bottom-level Faction Wars officials cannot leave safely because their Larracos entrance bar was destroyed and the district remains flooded.

Thirty-five officials and participants are ejected into Semeru-controlled water. They are devoured by concierge sharks or trigger their fail-safes; Commander Stockade is the final victim, and only one of the dead is a warlord.

Five teams file complaints claiming Carl's actions constitute a foul or attack. Carl and Donut answer that the demon breach was accidental and the officials could have killed themselves and regenerated at any time.
