Before descending, Prepotente warns Carl to protect antipodal Indonesia and replaces his contemplated revenge against Carl with a demand for help against his mother's true killers.

Story so far

Prepotente sends Carl a final message before taking the stairs. He urges careful reading of the World quest's victory conditions because Indonesia is the closest inhabited region to Havana's antipode and will be endangered if Amayon is not strengthened enough.

He also confirms that Faction Wars voting remains deadlocked while trapped sponsor teams sue and NPC rebels sabotage them.

Finally, Prepotente says he has decided not to kill Carl for allowing Miriam Dom to hurt herself. Instead, Carl's penance is to help him take revenge on the true culprits. Carl accepts and calls him Pony.
