La Ciguapa
A legendary hairy woman with backward feet and charm magic, killed in her sleep by Mongo before the party can flag her.
Story so far
Samantha smells La Ciguapa beneath a pile of dead undergrowth near a kapok tree, despite the absence of any map marker. The hairy woman sleeps hidden with her backward-facing feet concealed.
Her dot appears red only when Mongo pounces. He kills her before she fully wakes or the party can inspect her statistics.
The Bahamas source says La Ciguapa lures opponents with charm and is ordinarily hard to kill, except when attacked by familiars or pets. Mongo therefore exploits her specific weakness by accident.
Her legendary rarity makes a replacement encounter unlikely. The missed totem drops the uncommon Damnation card and mythic Glow-Up card instead.
