Shi Maria's Web Realm
A roadside swamp territory buried under adhesive web, prey remains, and vibration-sensitive strands surrounding Shi Maria's nest.
Story so far
The first web remnants appear beside the road alongside broken crab shells and animal bones. Within a quarter mile, white silk fills the forest north of the road and crosses the pavement, even suspending a moped upside down.
The strands resemble an exploded cloud of cotton candy rather than an orderly orb web. Touching one creates an immediate strong bond, and disturbance causes the entire surrounding network to vibrate.
Magic Missile cuts cleanly through the material, while fire makes it shrink and shrivel. Carl and Donut avoid entering the nest by persuading Samantha to bring Maria to its outer road edge.
Appearance
Rain-soaked swamp and road smothered in chaotic white silk, bones and crab shells trapped beneath an upside-down moped.
Role
The web realm is Shi Maria's controlled terrain and the obstacle the party bypasses through negotiation.
