Material Girl Alarm Ball

Material Girl Distraction Ball

A thrown alarm ball built at Carl's sapper table that loudly plays Material Girl to divert Minge.

Story so far

Carl needs a few seconds to cross the restaurant between Minge's many arms. He pulls an alarm ball whose song Donut selected while practicing at his sapper table.

The ball strikes the club's front entrance and announces the song's historical chart position before blasting Material Girl at high volume. Minge turns toward the noise and later demands it stop.

The song restarts after ending, prolonging the distraction. It does not prevent a thrown Sai corpse from colliding with Carl as he runs, but likely keeps Minge from deliberately targeting him.

Samantha uses the music as another point of insult, telling Minge she has terrible taste.

Appearance

A metal alarm sphere at a nightclub entrance blasting bright pop music under red emergency lights.

Role

The ball creates Carl's narrow opening to cross Minge's field of reach.
