The Orchid's third boon restores the recipient's birth race, creates a chosen-parent pregnancy, and disqualifies her into Earth's protected Kinder Facility.

Story so far

The recipient permanently returns to her original race and becomes pregnant. She may choose a father of the same race without requiring sexual contact.

Current season rules make pregnancy incompatible with continuing the crawl. The recipient is disqualified, loses all future Dungeon Crawler World: Earth participation benefits, and is exported to the Kinder Facility in former Mumbai.

Before worshipping Eileithyia, Katia knew only that one possible boon meant pregnancy and sought Carl's advice. After learning the full description, she recognizes it as a genuine way out but rejects surface life with a baby in favor of Celestial Attendant.

Donut considers Louis or Li Jun as possible fathers because Carl and Bautista no longer share Katia's human race.
