Battle of Beijing

Lucia Mar tears through monsters and crawlers at the Soho stairwell, kills Fang's keyed team, then unexpectedly helps Li Jun's allies escape.

Story so far

Lucia refuses the card-game structure, discarding her first automatic totem and playing the rest until her hand is empty so she can use normal magic, spells, and inventory. She and her dog then kill everything directly.

At the Soho building, keyless crawlers, monster traps, and rival groups collide. Lucia uses a teleport trap against Fang's team, killing Fang and his wife and taking their key.

Instead of immediately descending, she waits while hidden. Citing Florin's request, she behaves with unsettling friendliness, gives Li Jun's group five Tier 3 Doggie Door modules, and then uses the stairs.

Appearance

A devastated Beijing stairwell plaza littered with spent totems, teleport runes, and five pristine upgrade modules.
