Author of the cookbook's 22nd edition, who added field notes on wringing secrets from indestructible NPCs.
Crawler Drakea is a past crawler and author of the 22nd edition of the Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook, appended beneath Azin's note on indestructible NPCs. Drakea's addendum recounts tying such an NPC to the front of a shield, having the Nagas silently patch the exploit, and eventually learning the NPC knew a safe's password guarding a stairwell-chamber key — reinforcing the lesson Carl uses on Growler Gary: an unkillable NPC is unkillable because it guards something worth having.
Never described; a past crawler-author known only through the cookbook.
An off-page cookbook author whose notes on exploiting indestructible NPCs inform Carl's plan.
