Hunter Sponsorship

Hunter Benefactor Sponsorship

Families begin buying increasingly powerful, recipient-locked weapons and armor for hunters stranded by the AI.

Story so far

As the AI refuses hunter release, recap messaging promises that help is coming. Katia infers that families are now permitted to sponsor trapped participants. New equipment includes pulse rifles, electric or magical plate armor, and anti-air guns tailored against the leading crawler threats.

Most hunters remain level 50 even as their equipment improves. Recipient locks prevent captured items from being equipped by others, limiting direct loot value. Families may be bankrupting themselves to prolong lives in a season whose spending flows toward Borant.

Appearance

Benefactor boxes delivering advanced weapons to isolated hunters while family credit balances drain.

Role

Sponsorship explains the rapid equipment escalation and the economic transfer behind the hunter crisis.

Relationships

Hunter Pulse Rifle — It is a common lethal sponsored upgrade.
The Anti-Air Guns — It counters crawler aerial tactics.
Hunter Casualty Windfall — Family spending contributes to Borant's profit.
