Signet's paper-creature force divides into aerial, surface, and underwater elements before suffering heavy losses inside Fort Freedom.

Story so far

The summoned squad includes flying soldiers, floating creatures, diving animals, a long eel used as an elven transport, and a muscular hammerhead shark that carries Signet underwater. Its members approach Fort Freedom from several directions while the front alarm distracts the guards.

After the force enters, paper bodies rise to the surface and dissolve. The losses show that the defenders' trap can destroy even Signet's supernatural reinforcements.

Appearance

An eclectic army of flat paper beasts and humanoids, including an eel, beavers, flying soldiers, and a muscular hammerhead shark.

Role

The squad executes the multi-axis assault and absorbs the first devastating losses of the fortress trap.

Relationships

Signet — She commands the squad and travels underwater with its hammerhead warrior.

Fort Freedom — Its members enter the castle from air, surface, and underwater routes.

Nadine — Their destruction contributes to her panic on shore.
