A seventh-edition Cookbook author leaves one despairing entry mourning a lost woman and questioning whether survival without her is worthwhile.
Volteeg contributes a single note to the The Bomber's Cookbook. He writes that he misses a woman intensely and no longer believes surviving the dungeon is worthwhile with her gone.
A later note by Crawler Drakea identifies this as Volteeg's first, last, and only Cookbook entry and condemns the dungeon for producing such grief. Carl recalls both notes while guarding Miriam and Prepotente at dawn.
Volteeg's lone note frames Miriam's sacrifice as another example of the dungeon making survival feel empty.
