The Hand that Claws the Master
Achievement for permanently killing a non-crawler biological, awarded to Carl thirty-five times at once.
Story so far
Carl received this achievement thirty-five times over after the Zockau bombing. Its text gloats that the victims are dead dead — their children orphaned, their mothers gnashing their teeth — while the crawler sits there all alive and shit. The AI admitted it had withheld an earlier qualifying award deliberately and slipped an extra one in, telling him not to tell the mudskippers.
The reward was a Gold Hunter-Killer Box x34, with a note that the achievement may be awarded more than once but that the boxes are only granted on the sixth floor. Carl realized he had killed 34 Hunters and felt his chest swell, vowing to break them all.
Role
Achievement rewarding permanent kills of non-crawler biologicals, the source of Carl's hunter-killer loot.
