High Elves

The high elves secretly enabled the naiad coup, cursed Signet, and now dominate the weakened confederacy.

Story so far

According to Areson the Wise, high elves helped naiad dissenters murder the tsar and royal family. One of them placed the water-repelling curse on Signet the same night her mother died.

Their intervention ended direct high-elf and naiad fighting, but after Scolopendra's Nine-Tier Attack devastated the naiads, the confederacy became dependent on high-elf approval for nearly everything.

Appearance

A powerful, secretive elven ruling culture associated with pointed ears, magical curses, and political manipulation.

Role

The high elves are the hidden beneficiaries of the coup and the power behind the current naiad regime.

Relationships
