Story so far
As the coalition approaches the temple, a red antler-shaped X appears above Carl. The system warns that Diwata has made an appearance, marked the apostate for death, and knows exactly where he is.
The god's map star moves away at extraordinary speed instead of attacking. Carl receives no departure notification after the five-minute avatar timer and the mark remains, implying the hunt continues through Vrah or another divine extension.
