Story so far
Titan Entertainment arrives out of Carl's Platinum Fan Box. What pops out is a plastic rectangular badge the size of a postcard, dangling from a red lanyard, and the lanyard reads Titan Entertainment in Syndicate standard. The badge's back is covered in scrolling advertisements. Its front shows a moving image of a horned demon thing shooting fire from its mouth, with the words SPECIAL GUEST exploding over and over along the edge, and at the bottom a spinning logo reading "Carl. Dungeon Crawler World: Earth."
The badge is credentialing rather than merchandise: it is a free fan booth at CrawlCon, and a twenty-two hour countdown appears on Carl's interface the moment it emerges. Titan is the name stamped on the machinery that has decided a living crawler will attend three events, that his presence will be virtual, and that he should see his outreach associate for scheduling — a decision made entirely without him, in an industry with its own logos, lanyards and horned mascots.
