Story so far

Katia earned Steely Skin by pushing her base constitution over 100, a milestone she reached during the level surge that followed the flooding of Larracos. She described it simply: the lower her health, the thicker her flesh.

The skill arrived alongside her jump from level 44 to 52 and a haul of loot boxes including a Platinum Asshole's Box, and it makes her considerably more survivable just as she prepares to leave Carl's party for her own crew.
