The launch lift carries drones to a sloping surface ramp; Donald has also forced its mechanism to operate with a crate.
The lift lies behind a waist-high corrugated garage door raised by a red handle. Beyond it is a cavity more than twelve feet deep. Operating the lift normally prevents its door from opening, but Donald once held the mechanism with a crate while its motor strained.
Above, the lift opens into a sloping bay whose tracked attachment guides a drone toward doors opening onto the surface. During the latest launch, the drone’s wings barely fit into the lift before the system pulls it onto the ramp.
A waist-high corrugated door and red handle guard a deep lift cavity. The upper bay has a sloping ramp, a guiding track and surface doors.
The lift transfers Drones toward the surface launch ramp.
