Anna's Message

Anna's urgent message asks her father to wake her and supplies the number that leads Donald to a consequential memo.

Story so far

Anna Thurman's message appears near the top of her father's messages without a send date. Its subject is Urgent—The Pact, and it includes the notation Locket 20391102. Donald initially looks for a locket among stored personal effects but finds none.

After noticing the resemblance between the number and a personal-effects label, Donald suspects that locket means locker. He uses the number to search the storage area and reaches the folder containing RE: THE PACT. The memo's subject wording matches Anna's urgent message, which also asks Paul Thurman to wake her.

Role

It directs its recipient toward stored information about the Pact and requests Anna's awakening.
