The Howlers
Sevro's wolfcloaked band of six former Dregs, House Mars's night-raiders whose howls fill the dark.
Story so far
The Howlers are the wolfskin band Darrow creates by giving the Dregs to Sevro to command — the only people, he suspects, the outcast Goblin will ever like. Under Sevro's tutelage the six of them — Sevro, Thistle, Screwface, Clown, Pebble, and Weed — each don a black wolfcloak, so that each passive face seems to stare from the open fanged maw of a wolf, and more unearthly howls fill the night. Darrow uses them for quiet, cunning tasks — scouting, raiding, stealth — and credits them with keeping him in power while his own soldiers whisper slurs at his back.
They are the sharp, feral edge of House Mars, loyal to Sevro and to the Reaper.
Appearance
Six former Dregs each cloaked head to shin in a black wolf pelt, the wolf's fanged head worn as a hood so their faces peer from its open maw.
Role
Sevro's elite wolfcloaked night-raiders within House Mars.
