Katria builds a second deceptive blast, helps steal Laconian armor from outside Medina, and warns Bobbie that repeating the tactic again would become fatal pattern.
Katria has brought the Voltaire Collective under Saba's operation while retaining her delight in precise destruction and contempt for occupation casualties. Dressed as a Medina maintenance worker, she plants a corridor bomb above a carefully chosen thin section of the drum, adds a hidden camera, and leads Bobbie Draper through a maintenance airlock. Together they deploy a mining net across the outer hull to catch whatever the explosion throws outward.
When two armored patrol members enter the kill zone, Katria detonates. She anchors the recoverable corpse to Bobbie and drops the net with the rest of the evidence into the slow zone. The explosion appears to explain both the station breach and the missing suit, protecting the stolen shutdown test. Katria recognizes that the method repeats the decryption-server raid's false target and warns that any third use would reveal a pattern. She then returns to ready Voltaire's people for the breakout that begins once the armor code is cracked.
A fierce adult Belter woman with short hair secured back, a broad strong face, and hard amused eyes, wearing a green Medina maintenance uniform over a fitted environment suit.
Katria is the trap designer whose technical precision supplies the resistance a test suit and whose insurgent experience identifies when deception has become predictable.
