The Syndicate

The criminal underworld power ruling Phobos's drug trade and slums, paid to hunt the Sons of Ares.

The Syndicate is the organized-crime power that rules the Hollows and underworld of Phobos, trafficking Tar dust and 'crank' that hollows out its addicts into empty flesh. The Sons' contact Rollo borrows a dock from the Syndicate without their knowledge to smuggle Darrow's team onto the moon, wary of tangling with 'professional uglies.'
