Aja Au Grimmus

the Protean Knight · Aja

The Sovereign's deadliest Fury, who leads the Triumph coup, closes her old master Lorn's eyes, and captures Darrow.

Story so far

Aja au Grimmus descends in splendor to lead the Sovereign's coup at Darrow's Triumph feast, landing amid the carnage with Cassius at her side. She surveys the slaughter with dark contentment, then kneels to take the razor of her fallen old master Lorn au Arcos—who never even drew it—and closes his eyes forever. Directing the extraction, she rebukes the Jackal for shooting his father Nero au Augustus when the Sovereign needed him alive to sway the Outer Rim, and hurries the Praetorians to their shuttle as the Telemanuses streak in from orbit.

She departs with the captured, poisoned Darrow, her vengeance for Europa complete.
